Privacy and local data

Your review stays in your browser

Budget rows, narrative text, claims, mappings, reviewer notes and checkpoints are processed locally. We do not upload this project content to an application database or an AI service. This free release has no billing connection or analytics integration.

Requests to the website

Cloudflare serves the website. Loading pages and checking for app updates sends ordinary web requests, including technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested URL, to the hosting provider. Local project storage does not mean anonymous browsing or that hosting requests are never logged. Do not put confidential proposal information in page URLs.

Exports, support and changing devices

Files you export may contain confidential figures and notes. Handle them as you would the proposal itself. If you email us, the information you choose to send is handled through email; remove unnecessary confidential information first.

Browser storage belongs to this website address and browser profile. Another device or a later custom domain will not automatically see it. Save a complete checkpoint before moving, clearing site data or uninstalling the browser. There is no automatic sync or backup.

Offline use

After the application has successfully cached its files, the review workflow can operate offline. First loads, cleared caches, storage limits and browser policies can affect availability. Local storage is not encryption or protection from another person using an unlocked device.
